Translation of Verses from Holy Quran

"Every soul shall have a taste of death: ... Only he who is saved far from the Fire and admitted to the Garden will have attained the object (of Life): For the life of this world is but goods and chattels of deception." Al Quran (3:185)

"(O Muhammad sal-allahu-alleihi-wasallam ) You warn only those who fear their Lord in secret and keep up prayer; and whoever purifies himself, he purifies himself only for (the good of) his own soul; and to Allah is the eventual coming." (35. Surah Fatir : Ayah 18)

"Forgiveness is only incumbent on Allah toward those who do evil in ignorance (and) then turn quickly (in repentance) to Allah. These are they toward whom Allah relenteth. Allah is ever Knower, Wise."
(4. Surah Al-Nisaa : Ayah 17)

"The forgiveness is not for those who do ill-deeds until, when death attendeth upon one of them, he saith: Lo! I repent now; nor yet for those who die while they are disbelievers. For such We have prepared a painful doom."
(4. Surah Al-Nisaa : Ayah 18)

"Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it,
And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it." Al Quran (99: 7-8)

"So woe to the worshippers who are neglectful of their prayers, Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), But refuse (to supply) (Even) neighborly needs." Al Quran (107: 4-7)

"And hold fast, all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves; And remember with gratitude Allah's favor on you; for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His grace ye became brothers."

"The believers are but a single brotherhood: so make and reconciliation between your two (contending) brothers."

"Give just measure and weight, nor withhold from the people the things that are their due." (7:85)

Hadith (The Sayings Of Holy Prophet Mohammad PBUH)

"Actions are judged by Intentions."

"Look for those less fortunate than you; it is better for you so that you do not deny what Allah has blessed you with."

"A woman was placed in Hell because of a cat she imprisoned until it died. She neither gave it food nor water, nor did she set it free to eat from the rodents of the earth."

"One who has in his heart good (faith) equal to the weight of an atom will be taken out of Hell."

"What comes to you in my name but is in conflict with the Qur'an can not be from me."

"If the whole of mankind gathered together to help you, they would only be able to do what the Almighty has already written for you."

"Marriage is my tradition and whoever seeks other than my tradition is not with me."

"Give charity while you are healthy. Do not wait until (the soul) reaches the throat."

Hadith on Holy Quran

When a man dies and his relatives are busy in funeral rites, there stands an extremely handsome man by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, that man gets in between the shroud and the chest of the deceased. When after the burial, the people return home, two angels, Munkar and Nakeer (names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to separate this handsome man so that they may be able to interrogate the dead man in privacy about his faith. But the handsome man says, "He is my companion, he is my friend. I will not leave him alone in any case. If you are appointed for interrogation, do your job. I cannot leave him until I get him admitted into Paradise". Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, "I am the Qura'an, which you used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation of Munkar and Naker, you will have no grief. When the interrogation is over, the handsome man arranges for him from (the angels in Heaven) a silk bedding filled with musk.

May Allah bestow this favour on all of us. AMEEN. Rasulullah (Sallalloho alaihe wasallam) said, "On the Day of Judgement, before Allah, no other intercessor will have a greater status than the Qura'an, neither a Prophet nor an angel."

Please keep forwarding this "Hadith" to everyone because our Holy Prophet (PBUH) said : "Pass on knowledge from me even if it is only one verse".

The month of Ramadan & fasting

Fasting is one of the five pillars on which the structure of Islam rests. Fasting was made obligatory for Muslims in 2 A.H. It is next in importance to prayers. It is prescribed for the Muslims in the form of a month long abstinence from food and drink accompanied by intense devotional activity. The month of fasting is the month of Ramadan, the ninth month of the lunar calendar, in which the first revelation of the Qur'an came to the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). In this connection Allah al mighty says:
"Ramadan  is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an as a guide to mankind...So everyone of you who is present (at his home) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if any one is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed period (should be made up) by days later."

"The Almighty and all his angels are praying on behalf of those who fast."

"Fasting will keep Satan away from you as far as the east is from west. It will blacken Satan's face."
