Instructions:

To change xp logon screens you need a software called "logonstudio xp" which can be downlaoded for free from: http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Shell_and_Desktop/Misc__Shell_Enhancements/LogonStudio.html

After the installation you can manage all from logonstudio xp and add my files there.
